Our promise
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any sealed, unopened product for a full refund. This is in addition to your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
What we accept
- Sealed, unopened booster boxes, ETBs, tins and collections in their original condition
- Graded singles with the original slab intact and untampered
What we don't accept
- Opened sealed products (boxes, packs, tins)
- Raw single cards once removed from protective sleeves
How to start a return
Email hello@vaultca.shop with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid Royal Mail return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the item arriving back with us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
