Delivery options
- Free tracked delivery — on orders over £75 (3–5 working days after dispatch)
- Tracked delivery — £3.95 on orders under £75 (3–5 working days after dispatch)
- DPD next-day — £6.95 (order by 2pm, excludes weekends and bank holidays)
Handling & dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Insurance & tracking
Every parcel is fully insured against loss or damage in transit and shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Delivery areas
We deliver to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship on official release day and may delay other items in the same order. If you'd prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
