These terms govern your use of the Vaultca website and any orders you place. We are Vaultca Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
2. Orders
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. An order is only accepted once we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
3. Pricing & availability
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where a product has been mispriced or is no longer available. In such cases we will refund any payment in full.
4. Delivery & returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns policy. These policies form part of these terms.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
